Infrastructure

• Hosted on tier-1 cloud providers in the EU/UK.
• All traffic encrypted with TLS 1.3.
• Data at rest encrypted with AES-256.
• Daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery.

Access controls

• Row-level security on every table — your data is yours alone.
• Engineer access is logged, MFA-enforced and least-privilege.
• Production secrets are stored in a managed secret vault.

AI & privacy

We use enterprise AI providers under zero-retention, no-training contracts. Your prompts and uploads are never used to train third-party models.
